The general objective of the project is to encourage cooperation between entities in the cross-border area for the development of joint strategies for the promotion of tourism and the promotion of natural and cultural heritage in line with modern requirements and possibilities of the digital age, while strengthening the touristic identity of the islands, sustainable environmental management and security as well as promoting the development of joint cross-border and interlocal initiatives for tourism.

The individual objectives (IO) of the project concern:

IO 1: The development of a modern strategic framework for sustainable tourism development harmonized with the modern requirements and possibilities of the digital age.
IO 2: The promotion of the cultural-natural heritage as poles of tourism development by exploiting innovative digital media and IT technologies.
IO 3: The intelligent release of the tourist potential of the region to improve the attractiveness of tourist products and destinations and the cross-border attraction of visitors through a digital environment.
